He has consistently provided excellent management advisory, design and technical services to premiere hotels and foodservice facilities throughout Asia and the Middle East. His deep understanding of project planning and a pragmatic approach to problem solving have been refined from over thirty years of active participation in the field.

In 1993 he started his own consultancy with hotel brands such as Marriott, Four Seasons, Shangri-La and Sheraton as clients. Felix approaches projects with realistic and clearly defined goals from the birth of each project, keeps the ball rolling with the end in mind and delivers results within schedule and budgetary targets. He also carried out the design & engineering of the F&B facilities of an exclusive island resort and devised the master plan of an integrated tourism facility in Borneo.
